- Profile data: company information, preferences, journey progress.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, telemetry, device identifiers, IP address.
- Support data: messages and information you share when contacting us.
- Billing data: processed by our payment provider Paddle (see Sharing below).
3. How we use your data
- Provide, operate, and improve the Eureon service (legal basis: contract).
- Authenticate users and secure accounts (legal basis: legitimate interests, legal obligation).
- Provide customer support (legal basis: contract).
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse (legal basis: legitimate interests).
- Send service-related communications (legal basis: contract / legitimate interests).
- Send marketing communications where permitted (legal basis: consent or legitimate interests).
4. Sharing your data
We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers / subprocessors: hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support tooling.
- Merchant of Record (Paddle): Paddle.com Market Limited acts as our reseller and Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle handles payments, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, and related customer service.
- Professional advisers: legal, accounting, and similar advisers under duty of confidentiality.
- Authorities: where required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
5. International transfers
Eureon is built in the EU. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK / EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice, or as required by law. Account data is deleted or anonymised when your account is closed and retention obligations have expired.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. UK / EEA users may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. We will respond to verified requests within one month.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
