How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Or contact our team at support@eureon.eu and we will help you process the refund through Paddle.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the 30-day refund window above applies to your most recent charge.
