Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 5/16/2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Eureon website and service (the "Service"). By using the Service you enter into a binding agreement with Eureon ("Eureon", "we", "us", or "our").
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. The Service
Eureon provides startup founders and operators with funding discovery, journey planning, GovTech tender intelligence, and related tooling. Specific features depend on your subscription plan.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law;
- engage in fraud, spam, phishing, or deceptive practices;
- infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including by introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping data without permission;
- resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent any technical limits.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
6. Intellectual property
Eureon and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, content, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan and these Terms.
7. Payment, subscriptions, and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment terms, billing frequency, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Our refund terms are described in the Refund Policy.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every requirement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete account data after a reasonable export window.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eureon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which Eureon is established. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
